Joy's Teletherapy Services is an online practice that provides mental health counseling services to individuals within the state of Illinois. Mental Health Counseling is provided via video through Grow Therapy and Path Mental Health. Sometimes there are barriers that may prevent one from seeking help. Thanks to telehealth services, meeting with a therapist via video will make this process much easier for you!
About the owner
Joy Valente is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois. She is additionally a National Certified Counselor (NCC).
Joy obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Mount Olive in Mount Olive, North Carolina, and her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Moody Theological Seminary in Chicago, Illinois. She specializes in anxiety, depressive and mood disorders, stress, and relationships. She has worked with individuals for 5 years to address mental health needs. She has also led therapy and psychoeducational groups.

Joy is partnering with Grow Therapy and Path Mental Health, which are online platforms, to offer teletherapy services to those who would like to receive counseling/therapy throughout the state of Illinois from their own home.

Joy loves to sing, play musical instruments, and spend time with her family.
